User Settings

Changing User Settings

Click on a User's name and an additional menu appears. It contains the following options:

User settings can be found in the top-right

User settings: Opens the User settings dialog for viewing and/or editing. The first tab of the User Settings dialog contains general settings. Here you enter your time zone, input your email address, change your password to enter the system and set many other parameters.

Please take note of the following User settings:

City:  Here you should specify the city/town, it will be used in tools used for searching addresses.

Maps, Enable Google maps: Here you may enable Google maps including other Hybrid, Terrain and Satellite Google views.

Import/Export, Manage Applications, Locator: These settings are reserved for Sicuro Support. Do not amend any of these features.

KMZ/KML Overlays: Overlays may be added onto SicuroTrackV2, please refer to section 3.4.2 for more information.

Updating User Password

NOTE: Please contact Sicuro Support if you require more Users set up

To change your User password, go to the User Settings. On the General Settings tab click Change password and enter your current and new password.

If in case you forget your password, you can go to the Login page <sicurotrackv2.com> and click on “Forgot your password?” A password reset request will be sent to the email address associated with the User.

To assist in keeping your credentials as secure as possible please note the following:

§  You must change your password upon first login

§  Do not share your password with others

§  Chose a suitably strong password (using a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters)

§  Change your password regularly

If Users are job sharing (for example on a rotation scheme) and share the same contact details, they should not be given two separate accounts. For additional information and help, you can contact the (24/7) Sicuro Support team.
