Icons Explanation
The list of all icons that can be found in the Monitoring tab is presented below. Depending on your individual needs, you can hide or show certain columns using the Monitoring Tab, Icon Customiser (shown below)
Choose the elements to be displayed in the work list.
Location
A column with Units' last reported location — either in the form of addresses or in the form of Geofences.
Example Units displays
Tracking Option
Select this option to centre or focus the map on a Unit or several Unit groups which receives a new Message
Motion State
This column shows whether Unit is moving or stationary, as well as whether ignition is on or off
Unit’s last message shows movement
Unit’s last message shows movement and engine is on
Unit’s last message shows no movement
Unit’s last message shows no movement and engine is on
The last Message from Unit was received over an hour ago and Unit was moving
The last Message from Unit was received over an hour ago and Unit was stationary
Data Accuracy
This column indicates data accuracy, it shows how many GPS satellites were locked when the latest Message was received. To know the precise time of the latest message, place a cursor over the icon and read the Tooltip
First bar shows satellites availability:
GPS satellites are available
GPS satellites are not available
Second bar shows when the last data was received from a Unit:
Unit sent data less than 5 minutes ago
Unit sent information within the last hour
Unit sent data within the last 24 hours
There were no Messages for more than 24 hours
Connection State
Shows whether there were recent Messages received from the Unit
Unit’s last message was received within the configured time setting
Unit’s last message was received more than the configured time setting
A Unit is considered to be connected if it has sent Messages within the last “X” minutes. Sicuro prescribes a value of 60 minutes or 1 hour. These can be configured on the Icon Customiser
Drivers
This column shows information on Drivers. In the Driver’s Tooltip, you can see name, photo and phone of the Driver assigned to Unit.

SMS Messages
Send SMS to a Driver
Sending SMS is not possible; as no phone number was registered
SMS can be sent to Units and Drivers preassigned phone numbers
