Only Sicuro Group Dubai support may add a new Device to your fleet. However, once a Device has been added, it is possible to add and amend nearly all Device information including call sign, driver / Person, manager responsible, maintenance data and fuel consumption rates (where appropriate).

To amend a Device, select the management tab, select devices – list and then amend the required Device as necessary. Some of the key options include:

Name

The call sign, name or bumper number of the Device. A change in Device name will only take effect after the next valid position report.

Icon

Corresponding icon for the Device.

Person

Driver of the vehicle/User of the Device.

Responsible

The person responsible for the Device (this person will receive any messagesin the platform sent from the device).

License Plate

Vehicle registration/identification number of the vehicle.

Description

A free text area allowing you to record useful and pertinent information.

Stop Management

Define parameters when the Device reports as being stopped (can be changed on request by
Sicuro Group support staff only).

Default Values

Allows initial odometer and usage times to be input if required for maintenance purposes.

Please note that when using a driver ID tag in conjunction with an In Vehicle Management System, the person field will be automatically populated when a valid driver ID has been presented to the driver ID reader.
