Communications Page
The Communications Page may be used to send and receive messages to and from Devices which are capable of two way messaging.
This includes many handheld personal trackers as well as the Sicuro Tracker app for smart phones.
Finally, messages may also be sent to People registered in Sicuro Track. This last feature is of particular use if a client needs to send information to many people simultaneously.
Messages may be sent to one Device or a group of Devices by clicking the add button in the communication area.
This allows for urgent messages to be distributed quickly amongst a particular group. Once a message has been written and recipients selected simply hit ‘send’ to send the message. Replies are visible in the main screen of the communication tab.
The messaging area is also fully exportable and all historical messages are saved. This allows for effective after action reviews and audit trails. To export the data, select the required messages using the filter function and then click on the relevant export icon to download them.
