Alerts
Alerts can be created for any event reported by a Device.
Common Alerts include:
• Panic (in case of an accident or incident)
• Over-speeding
• Proximity (from a POI or hazard)
• Area (entering or leaving a defined Area)
• Connection loss
Alerts can be received in a number of different ways:
• Via an alert pop-up within SicuroTrack
• By SMS to a Person or group of people
• By email to a Person or group of people
To set up or edit an Alert, select the management tab, select alerts – list and then add / amend as necessary.

It is important to note that Alerts may only be generated by Devices capable of reporting a particular piece of information. For example, if a Device does not measure seatbelt use, it will be unable to create a seatbelt disengaged Alert on the system.
